From July I have had so much work it's been crazy!!! This is not usually the case - last summer I worked for three afternoons!!! October for me has been kicking off lots of developmental work - stuff i've been working on with organisations. It seems to be the 'begining of the year' for our work (due to schools etc. and thier timetable). Do people agree, or do we feel the begining of the year is actually april (financial year) or maybe even january??? Anyway, the biggest thing for me in October is the fact that it has got colder. This has made it harder to get out of bed in the morning, and this is quite significant for me... Also, it's wet and it's awful having soaking wet people turn up to the workshop. How does this effect thier feelings when they arrive all damp? Should we have ways of dealing with this???

Lift top blanket and blow towards your toes ten times. Sit up and reach to someone else toes and give them a rub - through the blanket then do the blanket dance till everyone is warm and happy. sorted!
